The following general conditions of sale govern all transactions established on the TAMAYNOUTE SHOP web catalog. Any order placed on this site implies the customer’s unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.
2. Purpose
This contract is a distance contract whose purpose is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products from the company Tamaynoute shop, on the Internet, via the e-mail platform.

3.Definitions
In the remainder of the contract, each of the expressions mentioned above will be understood in the sense of its definition, namely:
·      “Distance contract”: any contract concerning goods or services between the Company COOPERATIVE TAMAYNOUTE and a Consumer within the framework of a system of sale or provision of services at a distance organized by the Company COOPERATIVE TAMAYNOUTE which, for this contract, uses exclusively the Internet network until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself.
·      “Consumer”: any natural person who, in this contract, acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of his professional activity.
·      “Purchase order”: document which indicates the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Consumer and which must be signed by him by “double click” to commit him.
·      “Order”: act by which the Consumer agrees to purchase Products and the Company TAMAYNOUTE SHOP to deliver them.
4. Product
All products in the catalog are marketed while stocks last.
The company TAMAYNOUTE SHOP reserves the right to remove an item from the catalog, and this without notice, it can in no case be required to compensate or cancel an order following the impossibility of using the purchased product for a reason of incompatibility with the equipment already owned by the buyer.
5.Place an order
After finding the product(s) that interest you, click on the “order” button, the product is then added to your order form.
You can modify your order form at any time and you can return to the catalog by pressing continue shopping.
When you have finished your purchases, validate your order by clicking on the “pay” order button.

6. Prices

The prices mentioned in the catalog are indicated in Moroccan dirhams excluding tax, are valid at the time of their consultation by the customer and are those in force at the time of the order.
VAT is calculated in the order form according to the rate applicable on the day of the order. The order form and transactions are made in Moroccan DH.
Any change in the rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products.
7. Execution of the order

The order will be executed at the latest within 7 days from the day following the day on which the Consumer placed his order.
In the event of unavailability of the Product ordered, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the possibility of cancelling his order.
He will then have the choice of requesting either the reimbursement of the sums paid within thirty days at the latest of their payment, or the exchange of the Product.

8.Delivery
Delivery is not provided by TAMAYNOUTE SHOP, the customer will collect his goods from the delivery address indicated on his Order Form.
The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Consumer on the Order Form. The Consumer is required to check the packaging of the goods upon delivery and to report any damage caused by the carrier on the delivery note as well as to the TAMAYNOUTE SHOP Company within one day.
The Consumer may, at his request, obtain the sending of an invoice to the delivery address by validating the option provided for this purpose on the Order Form.
How much does delivery cost?
The shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer,
– In Morocco and abroad, they are based on the rates of the delivery service provider by registered mail.
– Our rates include VAT and are calculated based on the weight of the products.
– The cost of transporting your delivery is indicated on your invoice.
– It decreases with the quantity ordered. It is best to group your orders.
What are the delivery times?
Your order is shipped within 48 hours, subject to available stock, after receipt of your payment.
In Morocco and abroad, the items will be sent to you by registered post.
Any delays will not give rise to damages, cancellation of the order, or refusal to take delivery.
9. Payment method
To pay for your order, you choose the payment method among those offered by TAMAYNOUTE SHOP on the payment page.
In this case, the transaction will be debited from your account within the day following the date of delivery confirmation.
Your payments are secured by the Interbank Payment Center (CMI) which offers a fully secure payment service.
The Consumer guarantees TAMAYNOUTE SHOP that he has the authorizations that may be necessary to use the payment method chosen by him, when validating the Order Form.
In the event of payment by bank card, the provisions relating to fraudulent use of the payment method provided for in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the issuer of the card between TAMAYNOUTE SHOP and its banking institution apply.

your order and is treated confidentially.
You have the right to rectify your personal data.

13. Warranty
All products sold in the catalog are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and material defects. The duration of this warranty is at least one year (from the invoice date). In the event of a return of equipment that proves not to be defective, transport and handling costs may be invoiced to the customer. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse or negligence.
14. Proof of transactions paid by credit card
The data recorded by the CMI on the payment platform on behalf of TAMAYNOUTE SHOP constitutes proof of all commercial transactions between you and the company TAMAYNOUTE SHOP.
15. Force majeure

TAMAYNOUTE SHOP is only liable for the performance of its obligations to the extent that no force majeure event hinders them.
